Purpose Statement:
To provide leadership with the facility development at YMCA Tall Timbers Outdoor Center under the direction of the Master Plan.
Sub-Committee Objectives:
- Perform a condition study on all the existing buildings and structures and develop plans for repair, reconstruction of replacement.
- Develop and prioritized a five-year plan for capital improvements of building and structures outlined in the Master Plan and Program Area Layouts.
- Develop a detailed construction plan and budget for each of the desired buildings and structures on the five-year plan of capital improvements.
- Develop plans for water, septic and electric infrastructure for Tall Timbers.
- Evaluate and provide recommendations at Tall Timbers, including; needed equipment, staffing and annual maintenance plans for major mechanical systems, buildings and structures.
- Develop a plan to convert all the existing structures to the agreed upon color/ architectural theme
